Marco is friendly but didn't do the service they told me they would and was overconfident in recommending an unrelated repair and telling me if would fix the issue. I ended up just wasting a diagnostic fee here. I called on the phone looking for a specific diagnostic on a specific system. I clarified over the phone that it would be the specificity I needed, not just a code scan, they said yes. After the diagnostic, he informed me of the diagnostic he ran and it was not on the system I had asked for and been told by phone they would diagnose. They gave me the scan results and it was actually just a general code scan. He recommended replacing an unrelated part. I followed up asking if they could look at the system I brought it in for. He apologized for not looking at it the first time and went back out for 10 minutes saying he would look at it. When he came back, he repeated that it was all just related to the part he had already recommended replacing. I asked if he'd run additional diagnostics or a further scan. He said no, the results from the first scan were all we needed. From my own research, I knew the part he recommended replacing was not connected to the system I was havin

The service at All in One Auto is truly incredible. Not only are their prices fair, but their level of care and professionalism is outstanding. Marco went above and beyond to make sure my car received top-quality service and that every issue was fully taken care of. I’m so impressed by this place!!! I stumbled across it when I was calling around for pricing and they had the best prices and the best costumer service! If you are a lady who feels intimidated going into auto shops by yourself, FEAR NOT!!! This is the place for you!!! They are so welcoming and don’t make you feel like an idiot! No pink tax, all green flags! All around good vibes and the cheapest price nearby! Plus if you’re living near BYU it’s close enough you can walk/ bike/ run to it so that you don’t need to cash in any of those favors yet. Highly highly recommend!! Plus they do yoga on the weekends which I will be attending !!

Everyone that works here was friendly and helped us get our car fixed quickly! I would highly recommend bringing your car here, we came after we were told that we had to replace our entire engine. After testing the “problem” they sent us pictures showing us the results, and we didn’t have to do a large replacement. You can communicate through text, which is a huge bonus as you can text through the entire process. Excellent service!

Marco & his staff have done work on my car a couple of times. They are fair, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have the coolest lounge for hanging out in while your car gets serviced: It smells nice, is surrounded by beautiful plants, and has got all the good vibes going on. I drive 30 min one way to come here. Having a mechanic that I trust is definitely worth the drive! 🙌🏽 Thank you for your help😊 (They also speak English and Spanish fluently).
